PURPOSE OF PLAN: To revise previously recorded plat 206-6 by adding a
stormwater management facility and access easement to Lot
4.
This plan proposes to revise previously recorded plat 206-6, entitled "Final Plat, Lot 4, Trimble
Road Business Park," by adding a stormwater management facility and an access easement to
Lot 4.
The Harford County Department of Public Works, Divisions of Water and Sewer and Stormwater
Management have extended approval of this plan to be submitted under the abbreviated
process. Signatures by County and State agencies shall indicate approval of the proposed
revision.
This revision is minor in nature and shall not alter the intent of the original plat.
The final plat shall bear all owners' signatures and all final plat notes.
Subject to the conditions as stated herein, preliminary approval is hereby granted and is valid
for three years. Request for an extension must be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to
the expiration of this approval. Final approval is contingent on the plan's compliance with all
other State, County and Federal regulations. The final plat shall be recorded in the Harford
County Land Records prior to building permit application.
